Goats do Roam Rosé 2019

Grenache Noir 53%, Mourvedre 21%, Shiraz 26%

The Shiraz, Gamay Noir, Grenache Noir and Cinsaut were picked between 22 – 24 Degree Celsius and left overnight in the press to extract colour before being pressed and cold fermented. The Mourvedre was drained using the saignée method and the juice was settle prior fermentation. The varieties were fermented separately, after which they were blended and left on fine lees before bottling.

Aromas: Fresh Peach and pomegranate aromas on the nose
Flavour: Flavours of red berries, citrus and a lingering mineral finish.

Residual Sugar: 3.1%

pH: 3,24
