Tasting notes
A lovely wine with lots of fruit, floral character and a beautiful light pink colour. We bring you the only 100% Malbec Rosé in South Africa resulting in a wine with a very unique character. With no cooling plant, we had to freeze 5 litre bottles of water daily and add it to the tanks of wine twice a day. This helped to keep the fermentation temperature at 15 degrees Celsius, resulting in this unique wine. Only 1200 bottles were made.

Food pairing notes
Dishes that will complement this Malbec Rose is Salmon, Duck, medium to rare Lamb, or Chicken. Serve between 8-10 degrees Celsius.

A lively pink, dry wine. Citrus, floral flavours and a hint of strawberry on the nose. A crisp finish with good acidity and floral and berry flavour on the palate.
