African Ember is a beautiful Shiraz based blend. Each grape is pressed and aged separately before blending to create a clear and fresh fruit character.

Tasting notes:
Juicy black cherries and black plum with notes of black pepper and liquorice that end in an earthy finish. The medium acidity and tannins don't overpower the delicate structure.
