Reserve Pinotage 2023 This is a Pinotage with classical flavours of red cherries, bramble, and smokey chocolate. This typical South African grape offers unique to the great wine debate. After a cool temperature harvest and extensive bunch berry selection, the Pinotage was cold-soaked over a long period before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Regular aerated pump-overs before the wine was racked and pressed. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation and further 9-month maturation in a selection of different French barrels before unfiltered bottling. Alcohol: 14% TA: 5.7g/l pH: 3.63 RS: 3.4g/l
